Where is your studio? My studio is in KT3 and I prefer to keep its precise location private until we are in contact.
Why do you cost more than other trainers? I believe my wealth of experience and superior service offered warrants a higher price tag.
Can I park easily? I have private off road parking
Can I get to you from central London? My studio is 20 minutes on the train followed by a two minute walk from London Waterloo.
What can I expect from our free consultation? I use this opportunity to meet you in person, show you round my studio, discuss your goals and go through any relevant medical history.
Do you train people at weekends? No. I work Monday to Friday, however should you require weekend training I can provide an excellent coach to cover those hours.
Can you train me at home? Unfortunately I now only conduct sessions from my studio apart from in exceptional circumstances.
What temperature is your studio? Does it get hot/cold? I have air conditioning and heating at the studio to ensure the client’s comfort whatever the weather.
How quickly will I see results? This depends on numerous factors, but muscle building becomes noticeable after a few weeks and fat loss almost immediately.
Do you do meal plans? I am qualified to give dietary guidance and this is included in your training. This can be simple advice all the way to fully comprehensive meal plans.
